How to use a Goldsmiths discount code
It’s super easy to apply your Goldsmiths savings—here’s how:
- First, select the deal you want to use from Groupon. If there’s a code, you’ll have the chance to copy it before continuing.
- You’ll be redirected through to the Goldsmiths website, where you can browse the range of jewellery and watches as usual.
- Add items to your shopping bag and head through to the checkout when you’re ready.
- Review your items and scroll down to the ‘Have a promo code?’ box.
- Paste your code in here and hit ‘Apply code’.
- Enter your delivery instructions and continue to the payment page.
Redeem Tesco Clubcard rewards at Goldsmiths
Goldsmiths has a partnership with Tesco, so you can convert your Tesco Clubcard points into Goldsmiths Tesco Clubcard reward tokens. These tokens can be used on any full-priced items when shopping at a Goldsmiths showroom. There’s no minimum spend when redeeming your tokens, and they can be used as full or part payment for your purchase.

Goldsmiths delivery is totally free. Most in-stock items are eligible for free next day delivery; otherwise, you’ll be able to see at the checkout if your items are available for free standard delivery.
Click & Collect is also free and available at more than 100 stores all over the country.
Goldsmith returns
Returns to Goldsmiths are easy and free. If you would like to exchange or return an online order, just download and complete the exchange or returns form and send back your items following the forms’ instructions.
Your order will need to be returned in its original condition, with the original dispatch note and packaging.
Refunds can be requested within 14 days, and exchanges within 30 days. Goldsmiths is currently offering an extended returns period for Christmas, which means you can return items up until January 6 for a refund or exchange.
If you ordered from Goldsmiths using the Click & Collect service, you’ll have to return your items to a showroom to be eligible for a refund.
