I don't use TFT or anything like it, I have no intention of ever doing so, and it should not be a requirement in order for the content of this game to actually be rewarding.

Crafting is also something that should happen independent of the rest of gameplay, not as an intrusion into the middle of it. Additionally, a "reward" shouldn't feel like a punishment just because I don't have an active crafting project that needs it ready to go as soon as I get the reward. It also shouldn't be required that I do crafting projects in order for the content to be rewarding when I'm in a trade league.

I just got a mastermind on my syndicate board but my Aisling is already T3, meaning now I basically get no Aisling reward if I run it. I'm effectively being punished for having her at T3 instead of T2; if she were lower tier, I'd at least get some tradeable currency.

You already made the same fix for Harvest, now do Aisling. (Lab enchants, which punish you for not having a good item to enchant already in your stash, could also do with a similar fix.)

Alternatively, give Jun the same treatment Alva got and let us itemize our syndicate board or safehouses.

Fairgraves was a slave trafficker specialized in the kidnapping and transport of children. He was not "a good man".

+1 the original requests for this stuff were anti-scam in nature and that still applies here.

I hated building temples for alva but i will run them at a higher rate now that they are itemized especially if i need to do my own double-corrupts because my items are too far from meta.

If they did this they would in turn add a bunch of junk aisling crafts that no one wants. If you do not need or want the craft then do not do the content its pretty simple. There is only a handful of decent ways to deterministically craft in this game, lets not ruin a source for the sake "let me trade it".

And what exactly would a currency item or even a tradable safehouse map change about the craft? exactly nothing other than that you get to sell it over your stash tab, or use it whenever you need instead of finding a seller or holding onto it before you need it.

a orb which would remove a modifier and add the veil would be just the same as clicking the bench.Same as for quality, white sockets or a leo slam.

Or opening up a warehouse map would be just the same as running a alva temple for a gem or item corruption. It would be even the better option cause it's a single item instead of multiple orbs for all the crafting benches and tiers.

It would make crafting a lot faster because you don't have to run to a new guy over and over again to trade your item back and forth with the potential risk to run into a scammer.

Don't forget they changed harvest and alva into items for this exact reason after all.
They even made Lake of Kalandra maps as a tradable item right away instead of having someone open it for you and use your item on their bench.
So there's no reason why they shouldn't turn betrayal into a tradable something as well.

like I eluded if ggg were to allow trading of safehouses they would 100% change the weighting of the rewards in this case aisling crafting.

Just like they reworked harvest once they allowed trading of harvest juice.
see removal of filler crafts in patch notes.
Once it is made more available through trade, they are obligated to reduce it's overall value because it will be too accessible.

Alva Temples this was not much of an issue because other than getting lucky with corrupting its not really crafting related.

More like they didn't took the entire harvest over cause it was literally a item editor.

Did the alva temple map changed the rates for corruption or even the temple loot itself? Nope not really.
So I don't see the reason to think that a tradable warehouse map would change anything about the unveil chances of mods. It would be just as accessible as before with the difference that you even pay more for the warehouse cause you get all the additional stuff on top of the veil bench.
Player who run syndicate for profit would produce just the same amount of veil crafts as before. A tradable map wouldn't icrease the amount of existing warehouses out of thin air and magic

I don't think they really cared too much for the alva corruption as it has a chance to brick the item entirely and its not really crafting at the end of the day. All I am saying is if this happens be prepared for your craft that had a 1 in 4 chance of hitting to be more like 1 in 10, you will still use it as its the only way to do it but as someone who would not buy it off trade anyway I do not want to run 10 masterminds for one craft.

It already has numerous layers of RNG built into acquiring it because betrayal is completely random when it comes to what options you get, plus there's the randomness of actually getting those Jun missions in the first place, and each time you get it, after many dozens of Jun missions, you get just one and then have to start all over from scratch. That gives it plenty of natural scarcity already. Plus there's all the RNG luck you need when using it, just like if you were using an annulment orb and an exalt; it already has multiple layers of RNG, and itemizing it wouldn't change that one bit.

What? I wanted the veiled chaos orbs, otherwise known as an actual reward. What I have instead is no reward at all if I run the mastermind safehouse, because Aisling will be T4 instead of T3, which is worthless to me and untradeable for anyone not using something like TFT. I basically have to forgo all of my syndicate mastermind rewards until I get a chance to interrogate and thereby delevel Aisling, at which point I may no longer have enough intel to run the mastermind (it doesn't stay unlocked forever). Higher tiers are supposed to be more rewarding, not less, and yet if I had only leveled Aisling to T2 instead of T3 in research and then unlocked the mastermind, I would actually get a reward instead of nothing.

Also, it's not like the T4 crafts are just universally untradeable; they're tradeable for anyone using TFT, and not tradeable for everyone else, so the only thing not itemizing it does is penalize those of us not using TFT.

If I could itemize the T4 craft, I could save it for when I actually need it for a crafting project, or I could sell it, and either way I'd be able to reap all the rewards I earned up to unlocking the mastermind safehouse.

If alternatively I could itemize the safehouse or my whole syndicate board, like we do with Alva temples now, I could save the whole thing for a later time when I want to use the T4 craft, without having to completely avoid Jun missions (which is what I would have to do now if I wanted to eventually use the T4 craft), or if I don't expect to use the craft then I could sell the whole thing, as I often do with my Alva temples, getting compensated for all the rewards I earned.

It's not deterministic at all. It's no less random than an annul plus an exalt slam, the only thing special about it is that the exalt part adds a random veiled affix. If you do metacrafting, it can improve the odds of getting what you want, sure, but that's true for annuls and exalts too, that doesn't mean annuls and exalts are deterministic.
